Middle Season
2009:
3rd - 7th January, 9th - 15th April, 22nd April - 4th May,
29th May -10th July, 3rd September - 5th October, 19th -
29th December.
2010:
4th - 11th January
Apartment for one night (min. 7 nights): 75 euros for one
or two guests, 90 euros for 3 guests, 100 euros for 4
guests.
High Season
2009:
1st and 2nd January, 11th July - 2nd September, 30th and
31st December.
2010:
1st -3rd January
Apartment for one night (min. 7 nights): 80 euros for one
or two guests, 100 euros for 3 guests, 110 euros for 4
guests.
Promo Season (The rest of the year)
Apartment for one night (min. 2 nights): 65 euros for one
or two guests, 80 euros for 3 guests, 90 euros for 4 guests.
Normally bookings are for a minimum of one week in High and
Very High Season and for a minimum of 2 nights in Low
Season, but occasionally we are able to offer bookings for
less than a week by prior arrangement.
N.B.
In any case there is a cleaning fee
of 30 euros for 2 or 3 guests, 40 euros for 4 guests.
Kitchen corner: 10 euros (if you don't clean it
by yourselves).
Services (sheets, towels,
gas, water, taxes etc): 5 euro daily
Power consumption: 0,5 euro
for each KW (electric counter reading at the arrival and
departure).
The amount will be taken from the partially
refundable deposit of 10 euro daily
to be given with the balance, cash, euro, in advance.
All apartments have Air
Conditioning in the Summer and
Heating in Winter.
Additional electricity usage is covered by deposit as above.

We can arrange to collect you and
return you from Alghero airport for a small fee.
We can recommend a local Car Hire company which offer very
competitive rates.

Bikes we have an
agreement with the best Bike Shop in Alghero who will be
happy to rent you any kind of bikes. English speaking. Velo
Sport di Mario e Patricia Oppes, Via Vittorio Veneto 90/92
Alghero, Tel/Fax 079 977182, closed on Sunday and on Monday
morning.
Sailing boat daily
cruise with skipper. All the year excluding Very High
Season: 32 euros per person, minimum of four people,
excluding food and fuel. In Very High Season prices becomes
48 euro per person at the same conditions. We can plan for
more than four people and where to sail, dive or simply take
a bath.
Archaeological and historical tours
by arrangement.

non returnable deposit of 1/3rd of the entire amount
to reserve your Apartment
